About this course

Instructor: John Weisensee, Director, Professional Services

Course Objectives:

  • Review the phases of Collibra’s Implementation Methodology
  • Assess transition to Customer Success and Support teams

In this course, we will review Collibra’s Implementation Methodology (CIM). The CIM consists of five different phases, including a prep or project startup phase, a blueprint or design phase, a configuration and build phase, a final preparation phase and then lastly, we have a transition phase. We will discuss each phase providing details of the staffing recommendations, iterative phases, and eventually UAT.

We leverage these five phases throughout any implementation at Collibra, whether it’s your initial implementation or whether it’s a subsequent implementation where you might be now rolling into an integration with Collibra Connect.

Concluding our review, we will discuss how we transition our implementation team while making the appropriate introductions to the Customer Success and Customer Support teams. This also provides an opportunity to discuss any end-user training needs.
