About this course

Instructor: Tudor Borlea, Product Specialist

Course Objectives:

  • Review GDPR Accelerator workflow
  • Identify process to log potential data breach
  • Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA)

In this course, we will address Article 33, which includes the notification required in case of a potential data breach, the notification required to the supervisor, authority, or to the regulator. When a personal data breach is identified in the company, that personal data breach is flagged in Collibra, an issue is created, and that issue will be part of our data help desk.

The Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) documents the processing activities and systems impacted by the breach. The workflow will manage the breach and help build the report that needs to be provided to the supervisory authority.
