Description
The Issue Creation workflow is an out-of-the-box Workflow Definition that allows for the creation of an Issue in Data Governance Center.
Which roles are involved?

Out of the box, any guest user can start the workflow

Start the Workflow
The workflow can be started two ways:
- Globally at the dashboard
- Within a Community
1) Data Governance Center Dashboard
2) Community > Issues
Starting the workflow will prompt this form to the Start User:
Community > Issues > Log Issue
(Or Data Governance Center Dashboard > Log Issue)
Result
Pressing the “Create Issue” button results in a newly created issue with a status of New.
