This mini course will introduce you to some of the features in the Collibra Data Helpdesk in our Data Governance Center v5.0. The Data Helpdesk allows all employees of an organization to have access to one central place where all the data is documented. It also enables organizations to handle all data-related issues in an efficient way. You can manage all data issue decisions in Collibra, accessing the entire data governance organization whilst coordinating with other data management tools like data quality tools and IT service management tools that can execute on these decisions.
